General Conference elected President shall be the official spokesman for the "Future Movement". The functions of the Chairman are to guide and supervise and follow-up to all the organizational structures. Appointing members of the Political Bureau. Adopting the organizational appointments proposed by the Secretary-General. Representing the movement in various meetings and conferences locally and abroad. The signing of documents and agreements, treaties and formal contracts. Calling for the General Conference assembly.   
MP Saad Hariri
MP Saad Hariri was born in April 1970. He is married to Ms. Lara Bashir El Adem, and they have three children: Hussam Eddine, Louloua and Abdel Aziz. MP Saad Hariri, graduated from the University of "Georgetown" in Washington with a BA in International Business. He has served as Director General of "Saudi - Oger" that has a turnover of more than 2 billion dollars and employs about 35 thousand people. He was the Executive Director of the company between 1994 and 1998. In this capacity, he managed one of the largest companies in the Middle East specialized in construction projects in Saudi Arabia and in other countries of the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the United States. Hariri has extensive experience in telecommunications and information technology. He chaired the Executive Committee of Oger - Telcom, which has interests in the field of telecommunications in the Middle East and Africa. Hariri was also Chairman of the Holding Company "Security Holdings" and a member of the Board of Directors of Oger group of companies - International Foundation, International Business, and the Saudi Investment Bank and Future Television. Saad Hariri heads the parliamentary Future bloc(the largest in the parliament), after the elections held between May 29 and June 19, 2005. In 2007, he was decorated with the “Legion d’honneur” by the French President Jacques Chirac.
